There is no limit to the number of holidays which can be taken in the holiday home provided that it is not used as someone’s only or main place of residence. Escape the bustle of day-to-day life whenever you like!

Holiday homes at our parks can only be used for holiday purposes. This means the unit may not be someone’s main residence. That is why we ask you about the address of your main residence and will continue to do so while you own the holiday home.

Do you only sell new holiday homes?

No, we have a range of brand new and pre-owned holiday homes available throughout the season. We advertise all available holiday homes on our website but if you don’t see the type you like, please contact us and we will be in touch when a holiday home we think you’ll love becomes available.

Large full width rear bathroom featuring a separate walk in shower cubicle, hand wash basin and swivel cassette toilet.

Dual fuel blown air heating system, fold away dining table, built in radio entertainment system, Toshiba TV and external TV antenna.

Can take 2 x 13kg gas bottles in front compartment and is fitted with external valve for larger external gas bottles if required.

Also included is a small awning (which has been professionally cleaned and not used since), large awning complete with carpet and foam jigsaw tiles. External storage shed and storage boxes also included.
