Park Assistant / Receptionist Couple

Are you a practical, friendly couple dreaming of a new lifestyle in the countryside? We’re looking for an enthusiastic couple to join our welcoming team at our beautiful holiday park in Herefordshire.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team helping to keep the park running smoothly while creating a great experience for our guests.

What the Role Involves

• Outdoor grounds work (gardening, grass cutting, general upkeep)
• General maintenance and cleaning of park facilities and units for sale
• Welcoming guests, check-ins, and day-to-day guest support
• Reception duties including bookings, phone calls, and emails
• Evening walk-arounds and shared on-call cover
