We are looking to expand our team with a friendly professional enthusiastic individual to help with the everyday running of our back of house at Riverside Bar and Eatery, located at Lucksall Holiday Park, HR1 4LP, located 5 miles from Hereford, next to the River Wye.

Chef/Experienced Cook

The job requires previous catering experience- kitchen skills, knowledge & speed of delivery all while maintaining a high standard and ability to follow instructions. Our menu is dynamic and moulded around the size of the team and customer base, which allows flexibility enabling a smooth business operation. We encourage creativity in the kitchen but as a business we are well-experienced with the difficulties of seasonal trade and the volume of customers during high-season.

The kitchen is medium sized and well equipped. You will be responsible for delivering food consistently prepared in alignment with national food regulations.

Salary- hourly rate above industry standards.
