No, we have a range of brand new and pre-owned holiday homes available throughout the season. We advertise all available holiday homes on our website but if you don’t see the type you like, please contact us and we will be in touch when a holiday home we think you’ll love becomes available.

Are utilities included within the site fees?

No, utilities are not included in the site fees. Some utilities vary from site to site: Oakwood Valley | Electric and gas metered and charged as used. Lucksall & Orleton Rise | Electric metered and charged as used. Riverside | Electric and water metered and charged as used.

What can my holiday home be used for?

Holiday homes at our parks can only be used for holiday purposes. This means the unit may not be someone’s main residence. That is why we ask you about the address of your main residence and will continue to do so while you own the holiday home.

How frequently can I have a holiday?

There is no limit to the number of holidays which can be taken in the holiday home provided that it is not used as someone’s only or main place of residence. Escape the bustle of day-to-day life whenever you like!

My main residence is overseas. Does this count?

Yes, but all the facts are relevant when deciding whether the overseas property or the holiday home is your main residence. These would include whether you own the overseas property or if it is rented, then how long you have rented it for, how much time you spend in the holiday home and how much in the overseas property.

Can I sub-let my Holiday Home?

No, sub-letting is not permitted but you are welcome to invite family and friends to stay.

Do I need to insure my holiday home?

Yes, all units must have valid insurance at the correct value. For more information or a quote please speak to our team.

As you enter the lodge you’ll find a useful cloakroom area with upholstered seat, shoe rack and mirror.

The kitchen contains a 4 burner gas hob, separate gas oven and grill. Integrated microwave and fridge/freezer. Free standing dining table and chairs. Plenty of cupboard storage.

The lounge allows you to relax in front of the TV from the new freestanding leather reclining corner sofa and armchair. The area also boasts a contemporary ‘Bach’ electric fire in wood framed fireplace and Bluetooth ceiling speakers. French doors open onto a spacious front decking allowing plenty of natural light into the lodge.
