Terms & Conditions

The competition opens on 1 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The prize is a 3-night stay at Oakwood Valley Lodges. The stay must be taken between 21st September 2025 and 20th December 2025, subject to availability. Once booked, the date of the stay is non-transferable and cannot be changed.
The prize allows for a maximum of four (4) people and one (1) dog to stay.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold, and is not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required.
- The competition is open to UK residents only.
- Employees of Williams Leisure, Oakwood Valley Lodges, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry is via the official Williams Leisure Facebook or Instagram page. By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The winner will be contacted by the official Williams Leisure Facebook page via Facebook Messenger within 5 working days of the competition closing. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days or is unable to accept the prize, an alternative winner will be selected from the eligible entries.
Personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to administer the prize.
By entering, you agree that we may contact you via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Message or email for the purpose of administering this competition.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
